GROG

 

Gladstone Rugby Old Goats (GROG) are the Grufc over 35 Golden Oldies.   The Grog join the likes of the Bundy Rumruckers and the Buckless Bulls and countless others in the Golden Oldies program.  They even join forces and partake in the Golden Oldies Rugby World Festival held every two years.  2016 saw the Grog travel to Wales to participate in the latest world cup festival.  2018 is already in the works with the Grog heading to Christchurch in New Zealand.

 

If you are keen to have a run in general or relive the younger years minus the hard core body beating, join the GROGs. Immerse yourself with entertaining games, carnivals and the opportunity to be involved in some stellar comradery with teams from around the state and if the chance arises, further afield.​
